I'm Roisin Greene, a fully qualified Pilates, Fitness and Swimming Instructor, based in Trim, Co Meath.

Having worked as a manager in a gym/leisure centre for many years,  my passion is all things fitness and helping people of all abilities and levels, achieve their fitness goals.

Incorporating a warm, friendly and encouraging atmosphere, I cater to all abilities, from beginners to advanced levels. 

I also offer online classes, so you can sweat it out no matter where in the world you are!
